Privacy Policy
Mis i Pile is committed to protecting your privacy. In order to provide a quick and accurate response to your logo design order, Mis i Pile asks only for the information necessary to complete your order with precision. All the information is strictly for the use of Mis i Pile and will not be shared with any third party.

The information I gather and how I use it: when you place inquiry about a logo design, I need to know your details, including, but not limited to: your name, your company's name, your e-mail address, and your mailing address. This allows me to process and complete your order and to notify you of your order status. I also ask some information about your company and/or project in order to have a creative direction for your logo design needs. All the rights to the logo artwork and logo design I create at your request are released to you after full payment has been received. I keep creative rights allowing me to showcase created artwork in my portfolio and use it for other self promotion purposes.

Refund Policy
I conditionally guarantee your satisfaction or your money back. Clients are required to pay 50% production deposit before project starts. Returning clients may be given different terms, at my sole discretion.

In case you are not satisfied with the artwork created, you are not obligated to pay complete cost of it. In case you are not satisfied, you are not allowed to use concepts, drafts or sketches presented to you in the given form, or exploit any idea that I have presented to you, in order to create a new artwork or derrivate by you or some other designer.

In case you terminate your project, you will be refunded 25% of production deposit in case we did not progress beyond initial concepts phase. In case revisions have been done according to your input, refund can not take place. Production deposit goes towards covering my expenses and work invested in your project.

In the event you make full payment after approving your logo design, you are considered to have accepted my work and refund policy will not take effect.

How the money will be transferred: If you have paid using your credit card - the money will be transferred back to your credit card account. It may take up to 10 business days before the money will appear on your account. If you have paid using any other method, your refund will be sent to you using the same method. I do not accept money orders or cheques.
